How to Sign Up on Udio

Udio is our online portal where you can manage your child’s programs, enter the necessary details, and complete payment, all in one place. Please follow the steps below to complete your sign-up.

Please follow these steps to create your profile and join a program:

1. Confirm your program
   Contact one of our coaches via email to confirm the program you’d like to join.
2. Access the sign-up link
   Click on the Udio registration link “Sign up” below.
3. Create your profile
   Sign up using your own details (parent/guardian account).
4. Add your child’s information
   Once logged in, create your child’s profile under your account.
5. Enter payment details
   Add your preferred payment method to your account.
6. Select your program
   Choose the confirmed program from the available options.
7. Complete payment
   Finalise your payment or contact us via email if you require an alternative option.
8. Notify our team
   Let us know once you’ve signed up. We’ll confirm everything is set up correctly and add you to the parents’ WhatsApp group for weekly updates and communication.
